Chinnaswamy Stadium: The KSCA plans to increase the seating capacity to 70,000. The M. Chinnaswamy Stadium is one of Indias premier cricket stadiums. This 55,000 capacity stadium hosts Test matches, one day internationals, and other first class matches. It is also the preferred venue for music concerts and other cultural events. The National Cricket Academy is housed on these grounds. The stadium is the home ground of the Karnataka State cricket team and the Indian Premier League franchise Royal Challengers Bangalore.
