Very very Bad staff, I had booked an appointment for a lot of services from waxing to body spa over a week in advance. But they were not at all prepared for my appointment, i mean they took 10 min to even give me changing gown !!
Eventually after waiting for over 20 mins when i requested for some response, the staff starts shouting in a very abusive language.
Plus the staff there needs to learn how to brush their teeth, Bad breath is not exactly relaxing during a facial.

i agree with mouni,that stylist mr krishna did the similar thing wth my waist length hair turning it onto nothign but a short straight pony tail.deep conditioning has nothing going deep into the hair shafts,they steam ur hair wth the regular facial steamer during the hair spa by the reason that the hooded steamer thignis out for repair,hardly working hair drier-i prefered walking out dripping haired than to get my hair ripped by that petty low class drier,very dirty padicure.facial by a n.e girl was satisfactory.thats the only thing that went well.rediculous treatment if u love ur hair locks dont u even think of letting em down here.no water for bath,the fat lady on the management desk says no for bath no towels to be given after the massag

The crappiest beauty salon ever! I went for hair cutting and staff their are so dumb. Except one or two nobody has any expertise in styling hair. All they know is trimming. Its difficult to even communicate with them in english. I had horrible experience and literally cried because of their stupidity. There is this guy called krishna wh guided another lady to do feather or so called french laser for me . I kept on telling her that what she was doing wasn't any special cut but mere trimming. And after half an hour of session what i had was just trimming. They fooled me saying it was feather cut. Now my hair is cut short, cant go for any other styling . They called me after 15 days but i am sure with new length I cant go for any styling. I h
