Legacy Of Punjab: A taste of the rich Punjabi fare at Legacy of Punjab will have you singing balle-balle all the way home. While you decide what to order, munch on the complimentary and appetizing crisp papad and green chutney. The brick-walled interior with dhaba-style Bollywood posters and colourful kites makes for a charming rustic backdrop for the melt-in-the-mouth kebabs, spicy fried fish and soft naans. Wash it down with a tall tumbler of lassi and finish with hot jalebis with rabdi. The restaurant is a part of Ramnashree Hotels which has other ace restaurants like Kudla for coastal fare.

Update to my comment above. Last month we ate at Legacy. Their management has changed - it looked like the new management was still getting their act together. Food was quite good.
We used to like this restaurant till couple of years ago. In general, the food is good - but quality has lowered recently. They have tried to create some punjabi dhaba decor. Bench seating is not very comfortable. Every hour or so, all the waiters (hardly any real Sardars though) go bhangda-dancing through the place.
