Pet planet is the excellent shop where we get good quality products with best discount.
Most horrible pet shop experience ever. The sales staff are plain rude and insulting. I would never recommend this store to anyone Nor touch their products with a ten foot pole.
kalapanashri is right. I am a regular for my finches n dogs. quality of feed, birds xcellent. even tick collar far better quality. xpensive but quality compensated.

I don't know on what basis you are telling that the owners don't take care of the pets. I had been there with my friends and none of the cats were inside the cage. About 5-6 grey baby kittens were playing happily in the shop. Two of them playfully fighting. There was one huge fat white cat, wit whom v all took pics. My friends even carried the cat.. It took two of us to carry coz, it was so heavy. How can it be heavy, if all the cats are being starved? N the cat was so loving. The care taker himself told that it loves being pampered. How will he know, if he doesn't take care of the cats? Even thought, we weren't showing interest in buying the pets, the owner let us play. We spent sometime there and fell totally in love with place.

Pet Planet is THE WORST place to get pets. I adopted (paid money of course, but i dont like the term "Buy" when it comes to animals) a persian kitten yesterday (16-Jan-2013) from pet planet. The owner said she was 2 months old, but it looks like she is only about a month, month and a half old maximum. But thats not why i dont like this place. The way the animals are treated there are horrible! There is absolutely no sign on compassion towards the animals. I loved this kitten the second I saw it and felt the need to rescue it from this horrible place. She has been separated from her mother at a very young age and to add to the pain, she was not cared for at all by the owners of pet planet!! She was kept in a cage with about 6 other persian c

NOT AT ALL GOOD.. I have personally been to Good Shepherd Pet Shop in Chandra Layout.. This is the best pet product shop I have ever been.. I have also been to various pet shops, in Indira nagar, Koramangala, CMH Rd etc. But Chandra Layout is the best.

Pet Planet is a best shop we are the customers to them since from last 6 years,but till date we did not see any repacked item they are the good suppliers and they will gives us the products at low price compared to other shops,I does not know why you have given fake information.I assure you its the best shop in Bangalore.
Even we have pets in our home and we are buying all pet product and accessories from this shop.Till date we have no complaint against them.
Not only me i have referred many of my friends and relatives even they are the customers of Pet Planet.
Its really a good shop.
PET PARENTS BEWARE!! Completely avoid this shop as they sell repackaged food which have already exceeded the expiry date by far...found it a couple of times and now I am telling this with complete certainty...I bought a Royal Can few days back from there where date of import was written as Nov 2011, so the validity should be till Nov 2012....but to my anguish,my dogs fell sick and got stomach upsets...couldn't find any reason and when the Vet pointed out it could be the food, I came back home and investigated the Royal Can package thoroughly. I was horrified to find another old sticker hidden beneath the newly attached one, where the date of import in the former has been given as Oct 2010.
