I have been calling the customers service representatives since 1 month and they are always busy on calls? . They don't want to attend the calls at all.I just wanted to switch to a 3G Network for Relaince netconnect , And those people wont even respond .They don't even deserve a rating .

I have one post paid connection, i produce all necessary document to conversation from post paid to pre-paid.
due to bill payment and non stop calling from billing dept.
on 01-06-13 I paid all my due bills and Rs 150/- for MNP(post paid to Prepaid) .On the same day i received a call from Ms Roopa from chennai, regarding this issue. i inform to her "I dont wont " post paid.
as up now no update.., still my number was not done MNP
Let me know the details plz...

Purchased CDMA 9343322994 from this place. Now i find the owner's name as Mr.HUNNUR instead of my name Mr.V.Raghavendra. How irresponsible. They have taken all my documents.
Now my Gas Connection , Ration Card and bank reference carry this number. Repeated request to set right the OWNERSHIP have turned deaf ears.
Is there any way out.

customer executives are not helpful and service is crap.Its been 1 week my broadband connection has been verified.Still those people have not come for installation.
hpeless service and the executives are least bothered to attend to the clients problems. They think that they are doing a great favor by attending tothe cusotmers. The manager in charge will be always busy with his fone and gets least time to listen to customers. The post paid connection verification will not happen even in week's time and will have to give constant reminders to the branch. overall rating 4/10
