This is my second visit to YLG and one have to visit here to feel the difference.Last time I had come here for haircut which was awesome. This time for facials which is good as well.Staffs are very friendly.Price is pretty reasonable.

There is no doubt that YLG Spa and Salon is run by professionals and this can be seen by the way they conduct their business. Beauticians are well trained in the service industry. I went there for a facial and eye brows and was pleased with the way they take care of their customers. I will visit YLG for all my beauty needs.

I had an unique experience. Had gone there for my hair straightening which I was very afraid to do because of my curly hair. But, the result was awesome.Was very much impressed by their service.The staff are also well behaved and well informed. They have a clean, big and hygienic area. Now I am a regular customer of YLG.

i was here at YLG recently !! the lady who FYI was a ' SKIN CONSULTANT' did such a bad job my skin started bleeding ! not to mention burnt !! i ended up with a big black burnt mark ! which she tried to fix by bleaching it ! needless to mention it dint work , few weeks later im still facing consequences ! hyper and hypo pigmentation with really rough skin ! Im starting to believe their products are not safe enough ! they told me it is company policy not to show me the documentation of dermatological approval for their products ! which in my opinion translated to we have none !

I had visited YLG for an haircut. It’s an excellent place with great ambiance.The staffs are very experienced I must say. They will ask a lot about what type of haircut I want.Fully satisfied by their service.They will not try to sell you hair care or something unlike other parlous in Bangalore. Price is also reasonable I must say.

Had gone to YLG Vijayanagar today.The waxing at YLG is just too good this time though i had bad experience when I visited last month when I had come here for facial. At first I was hesitating to do waxing ,a friend of mine told me about the waxing at YLG.It was an awesome experience. They use a cartridge and the wax is not very hot, which is the best part of YLG compared to other salons at Bangalore.The lady who did my waxing was very gentle in handling and did a fabulous job. I will definitely recommend it to everyone. It is a must try!

YLG has been a good service provider. As a customer their services have been satisfactory earlier! But now they have increased their prices and their services have deteriorated greatly which does not really match their revised prices at any level.The staff have a changed attitude. Deteriorated services hiking prices are guiding the customers no where and just out! They are guiding their customers out rather than in!! Its a poor move by YLG! YLG has put down all my expectations!! Sadly.......I rate it Down Down Down!!
