Ofcourse from the manager to the all the staff I would know there because I walked into that store several times and purchased a lot of things during my visit to India this time. I think the next door guy JD Electronics is better than these guys. I purchased a SAMSUNG REFRIGERATOR last time from JD Electronics, and they were prompt in delivering and also they had a Samsung service tech arrive and check it. But these guys having such a big showroom and thinking that they would provide a great service to customers. Purchased HI-TACHI split AC along with KEELINE stabilizer from reliance digital anna salai.Stabilizer failed to function within months.As adviced by reliance digital deposited the unit with reliance digital, for necessary action, on 08.09.2012 and obtained the copy of job SHEET NO.491 dt.08.09.2012.Subsequently made more than 20 calls to enquire about the status of the unit.Till date they never revealed the status of the unit deposited making the customer to think twice before purchasing any thing in future.My question is why relience promoting such a sub standared material and earning bad name by making their customers to be on toes for months together.I am not satisfied neither with the service given nor with the att

Purchased 29" LED television on 15.8.12.Even with everyday follow-up with the service desk it not yet installed upto now
(22.8.12). Very poor response. Everyday I ring up they say that service technician has bee sent. There is no co-ordination at the service desk. We bought a @LG tv on saturday. we have been waiting for the installation since sunday but they are saying that, relianemservice is having 24/7 service.
1)Follow single point contact manager.
2) we did not get proper respone from servie desk.
Until unless service won't be improve.

Really we are not satisfied with the service given by Reliance Digital , very poor performance. Please do not give false promise to the customer.
