First Flight is the worst courier service I have come across. Their employees loot Sodexo coupons worth Rs. 2750 by opening the consignments. My consignment # XB0511398 has a Returned to Origin status. They never called me or returned the coupons to the sender. They just used my food coupons for their lunch. T. Krishnan, their Chennai head working from Mount Road never reads his mails or attends to customer complaints on phone. His Assistant Rajarathnam too seems to be following up the same path. Since they refused to accept my complaints and provide a complaint number, I am going to register a police complaint against First Flight
