The worst service i have ever experienced. Items were missing from our box and then the items left were repacked in a way that resulted in several things being damaged. Everything was insured and now almost a month later they are saying they wont reimburse because the box wasn't damaged. At the cost of $150 we would have been better off buying a suitcase and shipping it with the airlines.
