False commitment. Poor hygiene. Worst part is they don't speak to you properly once you've paid the money, forget about the reports.
I was asked to collect the report in the evening, when I went for collection, the receptionist said it is not available. When I asked the timeline of availability, I was shocked with the rude behavior. Finally they said "We don't Know. Go and call the lab directly & know your results!!"
If you too wanna see some shocking behaviour of staffs/Doctors & delayed report (GOD knows about the correctness), I can't help you. NOT RECOMMENDED.
