I bought a pair of black boots (Style No. 9116)(HSN Code 64032029) on 30th December 2018 for Rs. 3490 from INC.5 Shoes Private Limited, E-30, South Extension Part II, New Delhi-110049. I wore them for the first time on 31st December 2018. Within two hours of use in the early hours of morning, the inner sole of both boots became detached. I went to the store the same evening to report the complaint. I was given a cockamamie excuse by the owner that since I wore the boots without socks, the sweat melted the glue resulting in peeling of the inner soles.
