One of the consignment has got dispatched on 6th of April from Ahmedabad which has to be delivered at Hyderabad (docket no - 12793039420). The max time that would take is two days at the worst scenario, but I haven't received yet. When I called my vendor about the consignment, they got it clarified with Blue dart which was lying with them at Hyderaguda branch for the last 3 days and no one is atleast bothered to call and inform about this until we tried to track to find out the status. when requested to deliver immediately, they don't even realise the urgency of the customer, forget about they feeling sorry or apologies for not delivering the same.
