It is so pathetic and worst service. Inspite of request to send a neat and clean car have sent a torn seat with disgusting smell inside the car with a dirty driver. Never will go for this agent. Moreover just giving an add on website with a well advertised car is not enough the service and cleanliness also should be the same, which this orange cab agent do not have in them. Utter Most Worst Service is Orange Cabs.

I have booked today with reference number OR1656. Instead of sending an Indica,they sent Indigo and the driver demanded a different price saying it is for additional luggage. After calling to the number and demanding an explanation, I had to explain whole story to three persons and finally they hung up on me. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.The driver with phone number 9700021572 has misinterpreted with his people. You can consider my long relationship with them finally ended.

One of the worst possible cab services. We had this experience with them twice. They SMSed the drivers number along with the reference booking and we kept waiting for the driver. At the time of the pick up, we found out that the cab alloted to us was at least 1 hour away from our pick up point. We had to run to find an auto at 10.30 pm in the night.

They don't pick up their phones for at least 15 mins if you try to call them. When we finally managed to get someone on phone, they said they will send another cab. After which they send numbers of 3 cab drivers which were all 1 hr away. This, despite repeatedly telling them that we have to catch a train.

Absolutely horrible service. Please don't take it.

Orange cab is the worst among all call taxis. I had a bitter experience with them. My family was waiting near Nampally and time was very crucial for us. So I called many call taxis and asked them in advance that BOOK THE CAB ONLY IF YOU ARE PUNCTUAL ABOUT TIME. I booked the cab at 5.10 PM and Immediately I got the message saying cab will reach at 5.30 PM. At 5.28, I called the cab driver to see where he is.. he said he is starting from Charminar at that time.. I called Orange Cab again and they are still promising me to send at 5.30 PM... they kept me on hold for few minutes and then Mr Pasha (saying Manager) spoke to me in a very ridiculous manner saying "KYA HAI SAAB AAJ KE ZAMANE ME KOUN PUNCTUAL REHTHA, FLIGHT BHI PUNCTUAL NAHI HOTHI". ...
