With schools like La Martz and other medieval schools, which were well known when i was born, in the late 70s, witnessing a deteriorating standard and pupil, the competition for the cream-de-la-cream has got tougher. History, nowadays, never repeats!
In those standard, Don Bosco is the only odd one out. I have personally known students of La Martz who are wasted. The only thing which you can teach your kids here is snobbishness, often through vulgar ostentation. If you want your kid to know the price of a Merc, Audi or a BMW and value money as dirt. This is the place. It was always this place.

La Martinere is now old school quality has gone down. Parents of Kolkata should noe look for new internationals school like South City, GEMS Akademia, Oaktree, Calcutta International etc. These school provide excellent infrastructure and teaching exp. Further the quality of teachers too are very good.
