My experience with this agency has been utterly exasperating. Once can only wonder whether they are genuinely a domestic help agency or a front for some other illicit business. DISHONEST, EXTREMELY RUDE (THE LADY ACTS LIKE SHE IS DOING YOU A FAVOUR BY REFERRING SNOOTY MAIDS WHO DON'T ACTUALLY DO VERY MUCH OF ANYTHING - AND EXPECT ALL THE BEST BENEFITS). BEWARE: AVOID THIS AGENCY AND MORE IMPORTANTLY THESE CROOKED PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS!!!

I have doubts about the genuineness of Hindoli maid agency since the horrible thing had happened with us too.We made a blunder by taking maid (Kalpana) from hindoli maid agency of Kolkata. Before bringing her to Bangalore we kept her for few days in our house in Calcutta. There she was doing ok but always had problems with the work and created tantrums about going to her own home . However we had spoken to her over the phone about every details of the work and then she had agreed. We thought she will be fine once she is in Bangalore but the nuisance began to increase from day 2 after she landed here. She was having problem about cleaning utensils, about washing bathroom and about every nitty gritties of the house and even about the food ... View More . she was not satisfied about anything. We even have a cook for one time and I used to take care of my two year old kid. But we thought since we have paid so much to hindoli (9000 for a six months contract)we anyhow have to keep her for few months. We even tried to keep a maid for cleaning utensils for one time so that she should not have problems anymore. We even gave her a chappal to wear at home,a local sim and a phone so that she can talk to her kids in Calcutta apart from the daily necessities. But even after doing all these she was always angry about the work and always wanted to go back. It was only 6 days in bangalore and it reached to an unbearable stage. However at last we decided to let her go giving her salary of 14 days. She was waiting downstairs in the building guardâs cabin and speaking all kinds of rubbish about us ( that we had mistreated by beating her and didnât gave her food to eat and many more) to other maids of the building and flat owners. Then we called up the agency about her behavior and they seemed to be not bothered about us or the replacement and only wanted the maid to be back. Umpteen number of times we tried called Ritika Basak(Owner of hindoli maid agency) but very conveniently always switched off the phone. Lastly I have to take strong step of taking her out of the building. But still she was standing outside the gate for hours and talking to people. Probably to catch another bet like us. This happened on August 8.She is simply a cheat and fraud and take money like this from the common man. This is her business. She will get her result about her misdeeds one day. And this maid, kalpana bose had been with many agencies by rotation and could not be at one place for long. I request every people who wants a full time maid, never ever contact hindoli and be cautious about the maid Kalpana. She is big cheat and however I feel they are trained by the agency to do such nuisance. Please check the ID card before keeping any maid. HINDOLI AGENCY SHOULD BE BANNED AND THE OWNER RITIKA BASAK AND HER EMPLOYEE SHOULD BE PUT BEHIND THE BARS. BEAWARE OF THEM. DONâT TAKE ANY MAIDS FROM THEM. SIMPLY CHEATS. sreelekhaView Less
