Fabulous Service ! Best Watch Store in Kolkata

I would have liked to rate them zero stars but unfortunately there isn't any option for that. The staff and the owner are super cheaters and liars as well. I bought a wall clock from the shop and when it stopped working, I gave it to them for repair. They replaced the machine with different one but not of the same brand as the original. The original was "Horo" and they replaced it with "Orpat". Now when it stopped working again, they are refusing to take any liability. They are even refusing that they changed the machine. Obviously I couldn't produce any bill to prove their lie as hardly anybody stores bills for watch repairs.
