I visited the Gariahat spa with my wife on 25th Jul 2014. I have many past experiences of Ayurvedic massages and treatments in Kerala, Chennai and Hyderabad. Here the entrance is too narrow and not impressive at all considering the name. We climbed down through a plate glass staircase to the basement. The Receptionist was busy with her job and unsmiling (a contrast to my earlier exp). There was no pleasant music playing but only loud mundane discussions among some workmen inside. THE MOST WORST SPA IS DONE HERE..I WENT TO PAIKPARA BRANCH AND DID SKIN POLISHING AND OXYDERMA FACIAL..FELT LIKE I JST GAVE MY MONEY TO WATER(AROUND 5500)..THEY DONT KNOW ANYTHING..GUYS NEVER EVER GO THERE!!!!!!!!!

The most abominable experience. I pray to God that no one tries this place to get a similar treatment. A spa is meant to make one relax but with Keya Seth, its altogether a different experience. I went to the spa at Gariahat Kolkata on 8/3/2011 for a facial. Maybe special people are treated with dignity but for lesser mortals like us, I was made to feel that being replied politely was a charity that was way above what I deserved. Even the security guards behave rudely and the staff seems more inclined to chat than attend customers. I wish they gave their staff a lesson politeness and customer relations.
