i got a haircut today from Naturals salt lake branch. This was the WORST haircut of my life!!! The guy just picked half my hair and cut it in half! thats it! this was even after i told him what i needed which wasnt what he did. Terrible service and will never go back there. hair cuts are always irreversible and such things are complete harassment of consumers. With just 5 days from going abroad, this was the worst thing that could happen to me right now. i am now trying to figure out what i can do to recover the hair.
I have been to Lakme Beauty Salon Salt Lake Kolkta, the service is aweful.I used to visit in Lakme salon in chennai it was so good that i tired out here and got horrendous experience in return, all the good operators are left, the new people are not at all trained, the beavior of the operators are very bad and the price is too high.If i could i would have given a negative rating but unfortunately that option is not there.
