the prices of ticket is more and the service is not good

cinema is good but ticketing srevice.....weeee....is bad......4-5 stalls of selling tickets 2-3 open and lot of time taken,and received with their excuses.

VERY BAD SERVICE AT THE TICKET COUNTER.THEY HAVE THE FACILITY OF SHOWING THE SEAT CHARTS BUT THE STAFF REFUSE TO SHOW WITH GIVING SUM STUPID KIND OF EXCUSES.AFTER SPEAKING TO THE MANAGER CAME TO KNW THE EXCUSES WAS ALL LIE.MAY BE BCOZ THE TICKET COUNTER STAFFS FEEL LAZY.ALL THE TIME EXPEREINCE.RECENTLY I HAVE TO ARGUE WITH A STAFF NAME AJAY.MENTIONING THE NAME SO PVR CAN IMPROVE. ABOUT GOREGAON PVR OF OBEROI MALL.

This is our best and the nearest theate to which we can enjoy all the entertainment with family members.
