I had the worst experience with your Malad - Infinity Mall outlet when I recently purchased three goods (AC, Washing Machine and TV). I was made huge promises during the sales but none of them were kept after the money was paid and the time came for either the delivery or the installation. First of all the delivery was delayed and I wasn't even notified of this delay until I called and asked for the status. I had categorically mentioned that because there is nobody available at my place I needed the delivery done on a Sat but your guys had conveniently moved this to a Sunday without letting me know and there was going to be no one available on a Sunday.
