I had a similar issue with Sisley but with their clutch. I bought a Clutch from Sisley and within 2 months the 'Y' in 'SISLEY' dropped off. I went to their Infinity store but their staff was extremely rude with me. I told them, all I want is to get the 'Y' fixed in my clutch. They refused to do that too. After I threw a fit at been given defected pieces, they told me that they will speak with their HO and call me. Obviously which never happened. When I called them they asked me to drop off the clutch at their outlet and they will send it to their HO to 'see' what can be done with it. Its been more than a month since I dropped off the clutch but I haven't heard from them yet! All I want is for them to replace the 'Y'. Its not like I am askin ... View More

Rugged Jeans bought from Sisley torn in 1 month Hi, I bought a rugged jeans from Sisley for 5000 Rs and guess what, it gets torn at the knees whilst bending down to pick something from the floor! I went to their store at infiniti, malad and their staff was extremely rude. they said that they would speak with their manager and revert back. i waited for a week for a response but in vain. finally i went to their store again only to be told that they had checked 'similar' jeans and they believe that their product is not defective! Which means, I am lying....probably i tore off my brand new denims worth 5000 Rs just for fun, then went all the way to malad to ask for an exchange as I have too much time/money to kill!
