Etechies one time visit charge is 500 Rs/- wherether the problem is solved or not.
Etechies took 21 days to return my tab back, the commitment given was of 7 working days - ultimately i had to do several follow-ups and get my tab back. It took 21 days - Problem was not resolved, they could not found out the root cause, neither solution nor any kind of suggestion provided to customer.
Secondly etechies have product which are under repairs "Tracking System" you can view and know your product status from it - but really its all the waste of time.
i spend my time, money and energy for this usless and un-skilled team.

I was facing some serious issues with my laptop last month. The speed got reduced, data was lost and many times I saw my laptop hanging up in the middle of some very important work and official strategy making that I was doing on my much adored laptop! Disappointed and depressed, I called up e-Techies on the reference of my friend who was highly satisfied with their services. I am so glad that I chose e-Techies for my laptop repair. Not only did they repair my deary in very less time, but the qualified and courteous staff offered excellent support both in terms of identifying the problem and then taking full responsibility of rectifying it within the committed time frame. 1).........etechies mumbai are most fake people ever.....They make false promises about repairing laptops by talking about their in-house technology...But in reality, their technology level is as bad as road side vendors.....
2) Their customer executives make promises about making refunds of your payment but do not refund even after 2 months of compliant date....
Plz never,ever give your laptops to these......
I am also going to file a case against them in consumer court..If anyone else wants to file a suit..just contact me...Thanx
