Very pathetic customer service. The representatives are not trained at all. They even do not know how to speak with customers. The one in thane, Korum mall tops the list of being worst. And the prices are almost TWICE greater than Hypercity. Guys, opt for hypercity instead. Better quality, better price and better customer service.

We had bought fish from Star bazaar market, korum Mall, Thane and were waiting patiently to be cut and cleaned by your personnel - Mr. Altaf Hussain patel. Instead of our turn he favoured the customer behind us and completely ignored us, and completed the customer's work and then was willing to do our work. Very disappointed. will never buy any fish or poultry from that secion again or anything from Star Bazaar.

It is third class if you will take more then two same product they will say you please keep it return only you have to buy single product from all variety they will not talk to you properly very third class staff food products are all near expire very bad staff and there terms & conditions for shopping before taking same product you have to ask the manager other vies while billing time after a long time they will ask you to keep all products return after wasting so much time you have to keep all the goods back so never go there again its is better to go to big bazar metro malls etc.nonveg like fish mutton are also very old never buy food products.

It was surprising to note that the rate mentioned on the bill is more than the rate mentioned on the product. When contacted I was asked to come to the place so that they can verify & then do the needful.It is not something that is expected of a Tata store.
