They gave me a mattress which is almost torn on all the edges(which I discovered after it was brought home), saying it was an old stock for which they have offered it to me at a discounted price and refused to replace/exchange it after they advised me that they would come and look at it first the very next day. Instead, they asked me to come and meet them. I asked them if they can replace it with a new one or atleast give me a cover if I have to visit the store again, because I am a busy man if I am not on my week offs. I wanted to settle the issue in the most civilised way even by not stepping into their store when they were attending other customers. Never ever buy any thing from this guy, firstly he lies effortlessly for his benefits and pretends to be a supplier for all the brands including LazyBoy. If you would like to invite troubles for yourself buy from him. He is very innovative in giving excuses once you make payment to him, I would suggest if you would like to place an order then place it without paying a penny. You can see his desperation on the comments, he is pretending to be a customer of his nonsense shop and posting single star ratings to himself.
