Most 3d class people. Please don't get any connection with this stupid agency. They don't deliver a single cylinder on time. Worst delivery guys and worst management.
Twice it happened that the delivery boy did not delivered the cylinder and then we received sms saying our refill has been delivered, which was rolled back after we complained.
Now we are facing another situation, noticed our Consumer status is blocked, raised a complaint and on Jan 3, talked to HP Sr Manager and he told to check with Manjunatha Gas. As there is no reason it should be blocked. We had our last cylinder delivered on 18 Dec, not even one month. Trying to reach Manjuntha and not able to get to them as usual. Not very happy with their service.

This gas distributor on most of the times is closed. Once I went with my neighbour to his agency i.e. Indane distributor Sheela Gas Agency. This Agency is roughly 0.75 kms from Manjunatha.
In Sheela I was suprised with the kind of service and the responsiveness. It is open on Saturdays too. Clear status is given when the gas was booked , when it will be delivered. It seems the delivery person also calls before coming to deliver. In case house is locked, you can go with Gas book and collect the full cylinder after surrendering the empty cylinder.
Honestly Manjunath does not come anywhere near that, on top of it they delivered a cylinder to my house on a Sunday ( surprise) when i was out of town, luckily my parents were at home and colle

They don't deliever the booked gas cylinder and when you try to contact them all you get is busy tone,it's wise for HP to just cancel the dealership and transfer it to better agency
It is always a pain to get gas refilled cylynder from Manjunatha HP Gas Agency. Every month I need to give them at least 100 of phone call to contact them. I never gets any confirmation even after 1 month from booking dates when will I receive my gas cylynder. When personally contact at their office theyr will give excuse that they don't have any cylinder s they can't deliver.
I don't know hpw HP is functioning. HP must need to take action against them and cancel their dealership.
These Manjunath gas agency people are really sick. I had applied for the second clyinder almost 2 years back. Everytime when i give call either no body picks call or its engage. When i went personally and enquired they are saying that I have to wait for some more time.
Looks like Mr Anand/Murthy of Sri Manjunatha Enterprises are not interested to talk to any consumer much worry about timely delivery or good customer service. They are going from good to worst as a dealer and need to be escalated to HPCL management.
Pathetic people, Pathetic response, they never pick the calls; If you go there the response you get is very rude.
