Worst experience with the sales team in this branch. I have applied for personal loan on 21st Feb 2018 and submitted all the required documents. As promised they have not even fulfilled my one requirement that I initially asked for. Now everyday I am listening to some or the other story and they are delaying to credit the money in my account. Please note that I am existing customer who availed personal Loan from Axis bank from same branch and I also have salaried account with Axis bank. I have been paying my EMI's on time without any remark till date but still they are treating me like their slave coz urgency is mine. Its almost 1 month i applied a debit card and till now I didn't got . Once I called to branch they said somebody name wasim had received my debit card . here 1 question before deliver they cant to our registered mobile number.

The Most & Worst service for personal loans, i am not getting any updates or information from Loan deportment, No response from the Axis bank employee & the worst part no one will pick the Contact number. What the hell is this. Surely will recommend my 100's of colleagues & freinds not go for Axis bank PL, HL. The worst bank i have ever seen. You are cheating customers by just taking processing fee. You shoudl be shameful to run a home loan service like this. If bank is running out of money ask us we will give as charity dont waste our time in the name of processing.

Be careful. Employees are not helpful by nature. I dont want to continue my account there. So very soon going to apply for branch transfer. There courior service is worst in Bangalore.This bank is not fit for professionals. Because for each n every work customer has to visit the branch.
