I shifted recently from Bangalore to TN. Initially the staff/owner named (Afsar Khan) spoke in rosy words that they will pack everything efficiently and transport all goods in "EXCLUSIVE"vehicle and sned it across. One of the representatives "Mathew" - came down for packing all stuff and came with a exclusive vehicle and before starting they told me that they will go to godown and make some rearragement and send it across. Then I started to my native and waited for the whole day where the luggage came in by 12AM and to my shock it was a normal tempo loaded with "8tons of ceramic" and above that my luggages were thrown.
