The worst response from the team.No respect to customers and no constant rates.Waste of giving at least 0.5 star rating.
worst showroom & mangers, workers, all, because I had experience iam sujjesting to all don't buy any products in Girias.
I bought led 32" Haier led TV October 2014 in Mysore road girias Bangalore, this is worst performance I had experience, first time Led TV got display had problem in within a month I raised complaint to customer care they not responded properly and even in Girias also not responded properly finally it took 3 months to replace.
And second time after using 4 months again got volume problem still same issue no one responding properly I raised complaint its taking 1 month over still issue not solved & still they not replaced,iam requesting them for change the brand also but they are nothing taking about customer.
beggers of this show room.purchase something they take money interms of saying u will get some gift.then a person standing at the door he will beg for tips,after purchasing then you need to give Rs100 to deliver boy(begger).about the gift they make you to visit their show room for several times to collect gift...once they will say stockist is bz ,some time they say no stock..and atlast they say you have already collected the gift at the time of booking.THis shouldnot be girias it should be beggers show room
