Extremely poor service. First - they turned up late in the evening at 7 PM to pack our household goods in Bangalore and went off at 11 PM in the night! Then, they made us wait for 2 days for our goods
to be delivered in Delhi from 11 am in the morning and till 10 PM in the night there was no sign of the delivery. Also, the marketing executive Rahul lied to us and said that Times has their own vehicle truck which ensures delivery on time. However, turns out they hired a thrid party service provider who got into legal hassles in Delhi thus delaying our delivery. Worst possible service! Not recommended.
