I buyed two pair of shoes at 17 sector chandigarh with worth price Rs 5500 each. One pair i buyed on 25.03.17 (Product description - s82197-6-ELEMENT REFRESH M) Invoice no.SC17243. Started paining the foot part above heel within 6 months. When i tried to exchange at showroom within 6 months the response was "no" from the employees, so was helpless. Today within a year the shoes shape has completely changed and threads are all out and its not at all comfortable. Not\ at all satisfied. Talking about other pair of shoes that was really a rough tough shoe when i buyed but within 2 years the shoes sole is all out. The sole is into two parts/peices. Which disappointed me a lot.
