I have purchased a Mariti CELERIO ZXI Opt Auto, from your Guindy ABT Dealer, during 3rd February 2016. My Car Reg No Is TN 85 B 8853.
Yesterday, June 1st, it became off road, due to Battery failure. I informed Gerugambakkam Maruti Service Station, as it is very near to my residence. They send service people and ascertained that the Batttery only defect. As they have no spare battery to replace the defective battery, which is in warranty period, they asked to contact ABT Maruti Service station, Guindy, where I purchased the car. I contacted the following numbers several times from 1500 hrs. but nobody has responded.

Very Bad customer service
ABT Maruti, Guindy, has been of a very bad customer service Center with everything over them. They don't respect the time of the customers, the value of the Customers and most of all, they don't RESPECT their customers. I am on of them and they have never kept their word to anything they had agreed.
I book a car, they don't give me the booking receipt. Attaching the copy of receipt that was sent to me through Whats app ( after a long struggle), on the 27th, where-in I booked my car on the 20th, Jan 2016.
I pay my money to get new seat covers, even though they don't have them, they still receive the money. And when I get the car delivered they don't get me the new seat covers. When I ask for my money back, th

The worst place to give ur car..Expected a lot from guindy but it was disappointments throughout..Try giving to arumbakam..excellent service with proper care given to each customers..end of the day, u expect that only from the service station..best of all!!
got maruti alto at ABT Guindy with temporary registration . there was a delay while delevering the car as the car was not properly polished but it was rectified with the effort of the sales man Subramani .but the problem now is the RTO at TINDIVANAM has asked for the genuinity ,te papers from Tindivanam has been handed over through Mr.Chandrasekar to Suresh on Thurs day itself and till is dilly dallying to get the certificate from RTO office where the temporary registration was done . without which permanent registration cannot be done in time .we have to pay the penalty kindly do the needful DR.P.Sekar Tindivanam
