Vivek service centre is very worst service centre. We have purchased Samsung Airconditioner from Vivek. It is under warrenty. we have registered a complaint both at Samsung and Vivek. Samsung confirmed that there is a gas leakage in copper tube. Vivek person installed that Airconditioner, hence they are held responsible for installation. But vivek people are cheating the customer on a daily basis. Their service engineer visited our site and confirmed that the site is risk site hence they cannot rectify the same immediately. Our house is in 2 nd floor but AC outer located at 5th floor. What for they are selling the airconditioner to Multi stroeyed houses.without rectifying the problem they themselves close the job card number. We want to es ... View More
I purchased a LG 3 star AC of Serial No. 302NAXU031010 from viveks pvt limited vide bill No. 11321301053 dated 12/05/2013 customer name s.selvaraj, within six month gas leaked from Ac then viveks service centre provide free service and fill they gas arrange to fit in my home, but after six month gas leakage happen and ask money from us more than Rs. 1900 from us to service the Ac. it is unfortunate to provide good service for customer from viveks service centre. i I have called them to service my samsung window ac they took my ac in sept.2013 for gas leak and fitted t back in 20 days, it stopped working they said it was the electronic board problem and took 3 time back and forth but sill now the ac is not working.Very Very bad service.Planning to sue them.It is more than 4 months.
service people have taken my ac for service,but could not fix it .My circuit board was taken 3 times but still the ac is not working.I have given them my ac on sept.2013 now it is jan.2014.Very bad service.Planning to go to the customer court and launch a complaint against them.
Service Enginner took the Compressor for Service. Its been more than 20 days we have not received the compressor. No proper response from service center, Very worst Service

We bought the Voltas AC in 25th April, 2008. The service engineer took the AC for service, its been more than a month but we have not received the AC back. This is worst ever I have seen in the Viveks prospects.
