i booked suziki gixxer sf two month before still no one contact me poor customer service...

I had purchased my vehicle in ABT showroom Nandhanam only. First service was good. From second service it is not good service. Very very poor service. Water wash is not done properly. If we clean at home itself we can do better than them. Tefloan coating is worst. Total waste of money. I paid 1300+ for the service and was disappointed. The screws were not put. Please do not go for service to this place and waste your money. After complaining also they dint do much about it. It is just like 1 more scooter / bike for them to service. thats all.
We could better go to local service centers where they do good job rather than such a branded, poor service at ABT NANDHANAM

I had purchased vehicle in ABT and had a pathetic service so for. They took my bike one week before and they didn't update the status so for. Poor customer centric and poor service.

I bought a new access125 on 09.05.2013 we have used the vehicle for only 7 mths running km is only 4760, within this we have complaint in bore, i don't know how it happens so soon, pls make arrangements for replacement of new vehicle.
