Worst First experience with BIKERZ YAMAHA. I have been to BIKERZ YAMAHA in chormpet for second service of my scooter alpha. In the morning everything went on fine. The Mechanic who took for service was good and explained me about the issue which I raised. But when I went for delivery everything was upside down. The front number plate in my vehicle was damaged. When I asked them for the reason no one is telling the correct reason. They have damaged when they replaced the flasher and buzzer of my indicator. They have never asked permission before replacing with new one. Pathetic service.They cheat people by removing parts from your motobike and replacing with old ones....please avoid this place at all cost .

the worst service centre i have ever seen... especially the staffs there.there is no doubt why the staffs there are so irresponsible because the chief in charge there whose name i dont know behaves so rude. i sincierely ask yamaka management to either fire her or teach her some real manners on how to behave with coustomers..

This is the most ill maintained showroom and service centre I have seen. There is no courtesy calls for anything. I have call them repeatedly for booking and getting the bike after registration. After one month there was no intimation on first service date and no pickup facility(I live five blocks away from the showroom) I have to take the bike for two days and wait for more than an hour to book the service. Also I dont think there is a facility of waterwash in the service centre. There is no point of professionalism and the bikes are repaired in whatever places they were standing.

I don't feel they have bike washing capacity installed at thier service centre... the bike given after service is poorly washed.

Bikerz is okay in sales dealing, but when it comes to service its pathetic. I'd recommend never to get your bike serviced from Bikerz, Chennai. The staff at bikerz donot cordinate among themselves at all...and committ and promise all false things... will committ diivery of the bike on the same day, but at the time of delivery will ask you to come on the next day or will make you wait long hours in the night.
I have had bad experience in many services for my bike. You can be sure that the spare parts are not available in thier store for as long as 4 months... what more to say, staff are rude and the quality of service is very low.
