I bought hitachi 1.5ton Split A/C Kaze plus RAU318HUD in Rathna Fan house for Rs.42000. But they delivered different model(Kampa RAU318HUDD)and installed the A/C my parents not aware of that when i came home as found different model has been delevired. Then i contacted Hitachi showroom in Rathana fan house they argued billed A/C is delivered. When i went showroom again found the sales guy Daniel made mistake in Bill by writing wrong model number instead of Kaze plus he wrote kampa model number but they billed me for Kaze plus which is high end model than kampa. I spoke manager Raju he promised that he will replace it in 3 day hence the Managing Director is on Foreign trip. More than a week no response i called him 2 days
