Rahul Honda sells an automatic change over switch which frequently blows off. Beware, it is not returnable or refundable. You may end up spending couple of thousands on the unit. Ask for the heavy duty switch. The technician doesn't tell anything when the first sale is made. It is told only when the first switch blows off. The sales personnel do not know anything about what is being told by the technicians. BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!. Take all precautions. You are likely lose atleast Rs 10000 to 15000 above the cost of your original purchase. Very poor after sales service.

Worst after sales service. Has only one technician with limited knowledge of how the generator works for the whole Chennai. Invariably the installation is wrong and it takes a minimum of 20 to 30 calls before you can get someone to respond and another 10 to 20 calls before the technician will come to attend. Pathetic service. Be careful. These guys are serving on the quality of Honda Generators.
