i have very bad experience with them i took scooty pept plus and after third service my self start is not working they are repairing from last one week but after repair also i am facing same problem and they are saying only self start wire was lose i don't know what to do where to complain.My bike no is TN11 2125

I left My Scooty Pept+ for third service . This is the worst showroom i have ever seen in TVS. Staff with no knowledge and offcourse all the petrol in my vechile was gone...! ( They said mechanic must have tried the vechile ( Trail) outside. I don't know if the mechanic has to test for 25 kms after service...?) Spares too costly including very high Labour charges and special charges may occur if u say them to adjust the side mirror angle...!

very worst...... dont go there for service
