Worst experience I have with their service . Don't believe Positive review . I purchase New Honda Activa Bike on Ayudha Pooja . i given First Service Yesterday 30/11/2023. Every showroom charge oil Cost only ,Labor Service free. They charged 645 rs Including Labor Charge .Simple Telling all first three service free. Then only i recognize this people also giving fake statement . After service my Keyset will be Problem . I asked service person , they telling use regularly and Don't allow water to go inside . i am so much upset because this incident . Anyone know how to register complaint in consumer court .please guide us
Bought Honda Dio (Red) - My experience with Surya Honda in April 2013:
About the agency:
did not deliver the vehicle on expected day;
had to climb the steps of the agency many times to get the vehicle [demand for red colour - staff said];
did not respond well [I look somewhat boyish];
paid 2% extra [Rs.900/-] for paying partial amount through Credit Card;
overall - bad service for me.
About the vehicle:
style - good;
seat width - somewhat larger; makes it little difficult to balance for short persons [5 ft. & below];
ride comfort - runs smoothly on roads (without pits); rough on streets and villages roads, since tyres are tubeless;
head light - ok, I dont find any fault, as said in many reviews [it is palced at the centre];
