I gave my Hero Honda Splender Plus for service. At that time I made the complaint about the electrical fault mainly. In addition the oil change and other defects. During the servicing of my bike I received the call from the service centre for the replacement of chain. At that time also they have not informed about the electrical fault not attended. At the time of delivery also I have not been informed about the electrical fault not attended. One of the worst Hero Service center in Chennai, my bike TN11M5506 hero splendor pro got serviced on July 18th and all parts has been changed completely for about 5076 rupees, Today the bike stopped forward movement and the local mechanic found the ball bearing is cut and damaged. When i called Radha hero to explain the issue they where lethargic to reply by telling to bring the bike to showroom, how do they expect me to bring the bike when its got stopped. Later when i called Mr.Mohan the receptionist asked me to call later as he was busy in delivery, after i made pressure she made me to speak with Mohan, this time he accepted that the center had not changed the ball bearing or checked the defective.
