Like the previous comment... I ALSO got bitter experience with Kalyan Jewellers, TRICHY. I have booked a order on 28-2-2011 for a Bangle - salesman name is DuraiMurugan. They assured to deliver the order in 2 weeks. So i paid the full payment. But till now 24-Mar-2011, they are NOT deliver the material. I have contacted them over phone - MANY TIMES. Everytime, they are telling .. ORDER IS NOT FINISHED... we will inform-once it is finished. Each time - they are telling another reason... POOR MANAGEMENT! DO NOT GO TO THEM!

I am from Pondicherry and I think there is no specific site for Pondicherry.
Anyway I would like to express my most bitter experience with your
kalyan jewelery here at Pondicherry.
Yesterday (29.12.2010) I went to your pondy showroom to purchase jewel
and nobody has come to enquire about my requirement . I sat for nearly
10 minutes and finally returned back and went to another jewel shop and made
my purchase for Rs.1.35lacs.
Since we are seeing good amount of advertisements given by kalyan on
tv, this way of reception from your Pondicherry shop is contrary and
I request the intervention of the higher offical for improvement of the
service
