This hospital is cheating with patients, in the name of insurance this hospital is maximizing the bill unnecessary, which patients never require.
Hospital charging for gloves and sanitizer also which we never asked and not require, then hospital PRO said that it's for nurse use only but will charge to you, totally disappointed , at the time of billing we affirmed that this hospital looks like looter and cheater, no one goint to listen your issues. Whatever they charge you, have to pay, even though they charge unnecessary items which you never asked for. I never recommend this hospital to anyone,

it is very worst hospital and very worst service. I met Dr.Beeran last day for fever and body pain. He told me that @ consulting time he cant c any fever on me so he told me that ,i dnt have fever and i need to take ancity medicine for all my problem. i measure my fever with digital thermometer having degree celcius. he told me that he dnt know how to transfer degree celcius to faranheat. i told him mostly fever is coming @ night time, so he replied that he cant stay my room @ time to messure my fever. He is so ha-razzing and i dnt ever met such a rude doctor. Please dont go there if you need your health.
Went to the emergency at around 11 pm with severe vomiting and upset stomach. We were supposed to travel the next day and didn't want to cancel the plans. I was able to see the doctor immediately and was given an injection and some tablets. Was told to take the tablets in the morning and to not even have a drink of water. Went back home and it progressively worse and since I couldn't even sleep from the pain, went back to the clinic to see if there is anything else they could do. Imagine my surprise when I was scolded for not taking the tablets straight away despite clear verbal and written instructions saying otherwise. I tried calling continuously in the above given numbers for 15 minutes . But the phone was continuously engaged. I dont think this is something good.
My wife Smt Elso John is a patient of Dr.Madan Mohan. We use to consult him at Welcare Hospital every month. Even after parking our car, the security use to get our vehicle's key. We came there today, at 2.40 pm and as per the demand we handed over the key of our car (KL 7 W. 7486 ) to the security. On return, we missed my mobile placed in the car. Very Bad Service I must say !. Got a booking for #19 from the previous day.. reached around 10.40. and there were hardly a few patients waiting. but as time went .. we had to wait a good 2.5 hours to get attended to by the doctor. Booking is great as to get an appointment well in advance so as the Doctor too knows well on how many patients He has to anticipate however Booking preference has to consider patients who reach first as well.
