Very Poor Service. The entire buying experience is spoiled the time you enter the shop. Very discouraging salesmen
THE worst Poor Sells men Shop.. The Behavior of them compelled you to go and SLAPPED the Head of the Shop ... Never ever went for Khosla electroncs. Never buy with cheque ..They will take 10 to 15 dayss ...
Very very POOR. Be aware of KHOSLA BARUIPUR. The service and behavior of the salesman and other persons in this Khosla store is extremely worst. They did not keep their words. Constantly changing their statement and they harassed every time. I have a bitter experience with this KHOSLA. I bought a LG Refrigerator from this store on 30 Th April 2013. Sales girl (Gargi Banerji) promised me to deliver the fridge in the next day and thats why I bought the fridge from this center. But the floor manager (Mr. Sujit) told me that they could not send it before 2nd May 2013 and promise that he must deliver on 2nd May without fail. But they did not give delivery on 2nd May. Worst service, not receiving product since 6 days, unfortunately they have promised me next day delivery. Don't purchase from Khosla.
on 2nd june2012 i ordered 1. ton a/c nd its 5th june,nd m not getting any proper reply for delivery......nd today i ordered 3 more 2 ton a/c in fare deal and in 6 hrs a/c is ready with installation......

I hav bought a Samsung 26'' LCD tv frm this khosla branch on 2nd of march 2011,, the price was satisfactory but neither they have provided me the free gift as promised nor they hav yet delivered me my product... but b4 purchasing i made it very clear to them that my purpose of buying this new Lcd is onlly to watch India's World Cup games & the salesman also happily agreed .... but after the purchase their tune changed somewat.. now they r saying they cant deliver the tv b4 wednessday which means ill hav to miss 2 India's matches including todays... so im very much upset with such behavior & non-professional attitude... neither i expect the said gift anymore... so the conclusion is next when i go for any electronics shopping name of khosl

Recently i bought an led tv and a washing machine from Khosla Electronics which i received in a day and was installed the very next day...
The Service was provided on time and i also got a very expensive free gift from the shop...the salesman was also very attentive. I went through many shops in kolkata for checking the price but Khosla gave me the best. My cousin bought a tv from Great Eastern but did not get it before 9 days....so i am pretty happy with my purchase..
Overall i think its a very Good showroom !!!

ON 28/04/10 I HAVE BOUGHT 2 AC FROM KHOSLA ELECTRONIC (HAZRA BRANCH) ONE OF THEM IS 1 TONNE AND ANOTHER ONE IS 1.5 TONNE. BUT AFTER DELIVER THE AC WE FOUND THAT 1.5 TONNE AC IS FULLY DAMAGE WHEN IT WAS DELIVERED. I TOLD FEW TIMES ON HAZRA BRANCH BUT THEY DIDNT CHANGED MY AC.
