service - pathetic
after sales service - pathetic is an understatement.
pricing - highly priced though designs are different.

The staff is rude and they don't take care of your needs if you visit them again post sales. Beware of alteration disasters. Be well prepared for getting harassed for pathetic alteration experience and see yourself blamed for not giving information on what needs to be done.

I visited the Malad store and got an expensive suit for my wedding. I was promised alteration in 2 weeks, and the guys did not deliver it even after 4 weeks.

When I asked the reason for delay, the manager was very rude and abusive. He tried to give me unaltered suit, but I voiced my concern. He promised me delivery same day, but I never heard back

Needless to say, we pay such high costs for dresses so that customer service is good. These guys have no respect for customers ones they receive the money.

Please don't go, specially Malad store. Big disappointment
