Lt. Col. A. I Nomani is an electrical engineer with 40 years of experience. He worked as plant and equipment manager in armed forces, then a few years in the construction industry in the Gulf and in India and finally as property manager in a multinational property management company. During his tenure as property manager he has managed properties such as, Citibank HQs at Bandra, Deutsch bank, Mattel toys at lower Parel, GE Gardens at Kanjur Marg, Godrej bay view at Worli, Oberoi towers at Kandivali, Belvedere court at Mahalaxmi, to name a few. Nomani has managed approximately three million sq. feet of properties in Mumbai. He offers quality solutions related to property management to his clients.
