I really wish we had more options for cable ...they treat us as if we are thrash no response to our complaints ..they don't even pick the calls ...it's like if you want the service you should come and beg to them they will see what they can do.
At the time of collection they will just cut off your cable services so when you go to the office and tell them for connection they behave like you are some sort of fool to come there CZ they are just not going to listen to you! I mean wtf!!
World's poorest service provider I swear !!!

When cable is not getting trying contact them very difficult task, they never attend the telephone either dont rectify the problems immediately. Today is T20 but i couldnot watch...call them several times no response.

Most annoying and dirty cable operater no manner at all just irritate the customer take the money and no service

Terrible Customer service, rude callcentre officials, hilarious servicepersonnel. Best Internet Service Provider, just subscribe once and you wouldn't even browse the net because of the terrible speed. Let alone downloading torrentz and other big files you would have to wait for hours to download a 25mb file.
Cable service ki to baat hi mat karo, they provided us with a set-top-box, the connection goes off as frequently as clock ticks.
The language changing option was earlier available, but after 2-3 months they increased the rates and disabled that too.
The callcentre officials literally tell us not to call again, as if we are calling them to buy an insurance policy.

Attrocious customer service....just try calling any of the numbers listed above and if you are lucky that somebody picks the phone up the representative will make sure you regret having ever called.... hands off..the worst network ever...sadly they have stuffed money down the right mouths and ensured that there is no other option in navi mumbai. pathetic

One of the worst internet providers in the city.Please do not use their internet service. They are hopelessly bad at providing service. The call center executives are the worst and the technicians even worse. Once you pay for a plan then you can just forget about it. Moreover the people the SSV are very rude and behave as if they are making some favor to you by solving your problem!!

They want only money from us without giving any service. If there is any problem in your internet connection then be ready to call at least 10 times to their call center. even after it is not sure that your problem will be solved.
