Waste of time they only knows money paisa bolta hain. Third class staff

It's a waiting launge.... They think a person coming to there place is having full day to spend there.... They make you wait 2 hours down.... And again upstairs once they issued the bill.... They not even bother to tell you how long it will take....
Nina's staff is horrible and senseless.... literally they are machines and have no feeling... Only matter to them is money...
Apologie and ethics are two words ,they have not heard in there life....

I am from Kolkata. I went to nina while I was living in Bangalore. Now I really miss nina's service. I think that if nina would be in Kolkata. Please come to Kolkata also.

I have gone to Nina's for first time and I really liked the service. I have got done Deluxe pedicure and manicure. They literally spent 2 hours on that. They really did service whole heatedly.They Bleach , pack on full hands and 1/4 legs. Moreover they applied wax which helps in resisting moisture.They spent time on cleaning nails.
I have tried many parlours like Lakme , YLG, Radiance etc but it is waste of money to pay extra there.I don't know why I have never visited them earlier.
Even facial is good and all within your pocket. You can get many services done monthly without bothering about money.

I think the service here is par excellence. Even after waxing they massage your legs and their facial lasts for 2.5 hours, more often that not ending in a sound sleep! Agreed, its a bit overcrowded, but for the cost and service its a small price to pay. I am looking for similar salons in Koramangala but no avail! All this fancy over the top cross selling stuff is no good for me!

This place is not expensive, when compared to Naturals & Cleos and the likes. And you cannot imagine the crowd here.. Its nothing less than a market. I did not like this place at all. You have to literally stand in a queue and wait for your name to be called out.
Moreover, they rush through all the services. They do not look at whether the customer is comfortable or not. The girls just want to quickly finish their Service list and move onto the next customer.
People who would not mind spending a little more money and experiencing good quality of service should strictly not got here. If you are looking only for a value for money option, then maybe you can.
A big no for me!

Everything is good here except for the lady in the reception.As the service was good enought,i gave a positive note before leaving and the receptionist was like she was not interested.Defintely thats not the way to behave to a customer.Rest all is so good.You get value for your money.
