I have tried few agencies and here is how these guys (most of them) operates. The agency's main revenue model is what they get as a 1 year registration Fees . There is no legal binding like contract or anything so these guys are free to move the maid to new client's place and just give fake assurance to the old clients. So the bottom line is they have a limited men/women in their pool and they try to circulate them among more client at a ratio 1:3 so they make more revenue. They understand the reality that the client busy with his/her work will give up and o for a new agency some day. You need to be careful while selecting domestic help. You need to ensure about the identity of maids and call up people who has already having domestic help from the Domestic Help Consultant. Moreover ensure that you take a bond from the Consultant for a minimum time for replacement of a maid in case the maid leaves you.

PLEASE LOOK FOR DOMESTIC HELP ELSEWHERE...THE PROPRIETER IS RUDE AND HIS MAIDS STEAL A LOT.. HE IS MATERIALISTIC AND RIPS U OFF SAYING REGISTRATION FEES FOR ASSIGNING A MAID .. WE HAD HELL OF A TIME WITH THIS MAD MAN EVEN MY FREIENDS SUFFERED A LOT....!!!
