Sangeetha Mobile Shop at Indiranagar Metro Station sold me a fake mobile battery with fake warranty. Though that fake battery has caused problem to my mobile, they are not ready to payback the compensation for damage against service bill.

I had a very bad experience with Sangeeha mobiles yesterday, I went to change my Balckberry's panel, when inquired they said it would cost 1800/- and they change only original case, after getting the mobile delivered I noticed thet alignment of the mobile is not correct, there were some scratches on the mobile, when I asked about that they didn't respond properly and said that is how it will be, not even bothered to look into the issue, really got pissed off...After coming home when I made a call I hear some noise which was not there before, now am planning to go to the Blackberry show room to replace it again, waste of money and time.

Sangeetha mobiles has horrible service . They do not care for the customers. They do not even bother to guide customer if you have a query if you buy a mobile from them.We had a problem with samsung mobile brought at sangeetha. When we went there they just told us to go to samsung service center and did not even bother to guide us to that place. Samsung service is also pathetic in its own way.

I had the worst of all experience in Sangeetha Store indiranagar (CMH Road). The service given by people there is worst. They take customers very lightly. Don't bother whether customer is important or not. I purchased a mobile in sangeetha where I was offered with a free sim card. I took a Vodaphone connection I submitted the docs as I was aware that they don't give simcard without proof. I even gave a photo ID. to activate the sim it took a week for them. I went regularly after my office hours,stood there almost 2- 3 hours inspite of which they told it is taking time to activate. No idea why it takes a week & more than 2-3 hours everyday to activate a simcard. I was given the B******* service there. the manager there was also not ... View More bothered about it at all. finally after a week I got my sim card activated but the amount recharged was not the amount which was told to me. I was irritated but I did not make a issue as the sim card was activated. I did not use the sim card at all for the next week. On the third week when I wanted to use the sim card,it told it is disconnected & when contacted the Vodaphone helpline they told it is de-activated for docs not submitted.that is when I got irritated & tried calling manager of Sangeetha stores(indiranagar) he did not bother to attend my call inspite of several attempts to his mobile. next day I called him from my office landline & he was quite on the call,did not bother to convince me by saying he would do the needful but asked me if I submitted the docs or not. I was on my nerves & told him that he & his showroom service is pathetic.the vouchers they give in this showroom is all expired. the manager does not even bother to check if it is expired or not & when customers look at the expiry date they say " it is ok use it in the showroom for XYZ purchase & call us we will allow them to accept it" but when done they don;t bother at all. for them it is only the mobile sales they do & nothing else. They know to give false promise & nothing else. Please think twice or thrice to buy a mobile from SANGEETHA stores Indiranagar(CMH Road). ThanksView Less
