I went to airtel store to buy a new postpaid connection sales person who is sitting there his Name is sarvana he asked u wil use more Calls or Data I told him very clearly i wil use more Data I required maximum 5 to 6 GB data he told u can go for 450 plan u wil get 8Gb data until for 3billing cycle but he had been provided only 4gb I went to store he did not give any proper response even I called customer care even they also did not give any response from there end don't buy airtel connection service is very bad if any one have to contact me my number 9036281989 to ask airtel experience..............

I bought sim card from this service center. The executive said it would get activated in a day. Cards are not activated even after five days. Pathetic service. Never again with Airtel. waste customer care.

Today i went to an Airtel out let in kormangala 5th Block ....it is a worst customer care centre there are 3 postpaid counter but only 1 counter was open and a lady was there and rest 2 counters chairs was there but executives were n't there in the seats... the lady who was there in the counter was n't technically so good for each and every thing she as taking the assistance of the other executive and she was taking a long time to resolve the issues for each customer .... i stood in the Q for half a hour - 45 min when i checked with her she said u can wait please we will cal u ......and i returned back with out solving the issues...as i was n't having any more patience to wait....
F*** UR network as WELL as ur Customer support and ur office.. bunch of A** Holes who just knw to flirt with the Co staff.. DO ur Work first and then think about poking urs in *****... F Off .. worst network and customer relation.. I would Rate Minus if I have the authority ..
I am not familiar with the blocks in Koramangala. But went to the one on the road opposite to forum. It was the worst customer care I have ever received. But I had a similar experience at the one on Bannerghata road as well. the company needs to do something about their employees who do not respond properly to the clients. What shocks me is that almost all the posts here are negative and is anything being done to alter the experience of the customers?
vry vry bad response !!! To start of with, gals n boys flirting wit each other rather than responding to the customer. I understand the CEO has spent lacs of investment to start up the branch, but how come the employees not understanding the effort of the boss. or is the boss so lenient with the employees asking them not to respect the customers. When i approached the person after a long wait, he just showed me the finger to come after the long cue. PATHETIC... took a airtel prepaid connection with great difficulty from this centre. Today is the 8th day and its still not activated, something which should be done in hours. When asked they do not have a reason and staff is not friendly at all. Its like if you want you take else leave it. I have been a customer of airtel for over a decade now and very happy with their services, but these are people who end up spoiling the reputation built over time. Would give them 0 stars. Never go to koramangala Airtel Relationship center, you will have the worst customer experience. Funniest part is the cartoon of the store Mr. Dhanpal or Dhanapati (who is said to be the manager of the store) (not sure), who even dont know how to behave with a customer and became a manager. If they are frustated in handling the customer, please have this job resigned and look for something else. Lots of people with good experience are waiting in the market for customer relation.
Viewers please never go to koramangala Airtel Relationship Centre.
