Yesterday i had been to More super Mkt, i went there for shopping but there i saw one horrible scene that one of the manager is yelling at his staff, scolding in bad language and he is telling her to leave the work and go. The poor girl was embarrased infront of all us & she was crying. Its a humble request from my side nt to embarrass ur staff in front of us.
Bike parking fecility is not there. So we need to pay parking fee for purchase this shop. They should have free parking fecility for thier customers....
I have a slightly different stoey to tell.This is regarding the parking facility of this mall at Madivala.For those who might not know the parking is free on week days for purchase over Rs 500.It seems to that CPS( a parking amangement company which manges the parking and n this mall and many others) hence gives you counter foil along with a token for getting this discount.Now they seem to have a policy that in case if you lose the token which is only a peice of paper and not even a card or plastc tken ,you have to payt Rs 220.Pretty cool way of making money .Beware that the person at the parking entry may not give you token but only the discount counterfoil al and u might end up paying the fine with no receipt for the fine paid and no man

Its very nice for buying veggies and groceries. Also ave loads of fun restaurants and zanzibar for party.
I went here on recommendation from friend. It is like a train station to see. And so nice ambiance. The food is really good too.
I think the shopkeepers have to learn some basic lessons in dealing courteously with customers. They pack the ladies' handbags in a red bag without telling you that you might need to take out your phone or purse. Since this is something that is not done at any other store, you are not aware that they are going to complete lock your bag until it is done. So when you tell them confusedly that you're phone is inside, the lady will yell at you for not saying this earlier.
Then the billing for the electronics items is done at that end of the shop itself. So the cashier there will remove the red bag so you can take out your purse to make the payment. But they do not provide a carry bag for the items you have purchased. So you go to the billing c

NEVER BUY ANY ELECTRONIC GOODS IN TOTAL MALL (MADIWALA). IF YOU ARE THINKING TO BUY ONE IN TOTAL MALL, GIVE THE MONEY TO SOME1 IN THE STREET AND CLEAR YOUR CONSCIENCE. I HAD A REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE AND EVEN MY FRENS ARE TELLING THE SAME. ONCE THE GOODS ARE SOLD THERE IS NO WARRANTY AND GUARANTY EVEN IF THERE IS IN THE TIME OF SELLING. THE WORST PART IS, THEIR TECHNICIANS DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS WORKING AND WHAT IS NOT WORKING......
This is completely waste mall. I should call it Slum Mall instead of Total Mall. Never give your car for valet parking in that mall. We gave our car and the parking staff lost our sensor key (worth Rs.3000). Now when we asked them to replace the key, they have been stalling us and saying that we will be getting the quote from the vendor and blah blah. I am thoroughly disappointed with them and surely even if I ever go to that mall, I will never trust them with my car.
they just treat customers as begers & as if they are running some charity. specially the cash till csa's are very rude & feel as if customers are hinderance to their fun time.
